Attorney Thomas L. Wenger concentrates his practice in the areas of Appellate Litigation;
Municipal Law; Estate Planning; Estate Administration; State Tax Law and
Employment Law.
Mr. Wenger is a graduate of Gettysburg College and The Dickinson School of Law. He was
admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania state courts in 1966, and he is admitted to
practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the
Middle District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Mr. Wenger is a member of the Dauphin County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, and has achieved an “A” rating in the Martindale Hubbell Law Directory. He
is also a licensed Pennsylvania Title Insurance Agent.
Mr. Wenger regularly lectures on Municipal Law and is co-editor of The Solicitor
Handbook,
published by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, and
is a member of the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association. He has served as
assistant counsel to the Pennsylvania Senate Republican Caucus, and is a past member of
the Board of Trustees of the Dickinson School of Law. Mr. Wenger resides in New
Cumberland, PA.
