Attorney Steven C. Wilds concentrates his practice in the areas of Commercial Real Estate;
Section 1031 Like-Kind Exchange of Real Estate; Business and Corporate Law; Commercial Financing; Buying
and Selling of Businesses; Business Planning; and Estate and Tax Planning.
Mr. Wilds is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and The Dickinson School of
Law. He was admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania state courts in 1984, and he is a
member of the Dauphin County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He is also
a licensed Pennsylvania Title Insurance Agent.
Mr. Wilds has authored published articles on Section 1031 Like-Kind Exchanges of real
estate and has lectured to members of the legal and real estate communities on the topic of
1031 Like-Kind Exchanges. In addition, Mr. Wilds and the firm routinely serve as Qualified
Intermediaries and Exchange Accomodation Titleholders in tax deferred real estate exchanges.
Mr. Wilds serves as a
Board Member and Officer of numerous community and charitable organizations, including
the Ned Smith Center for Nature and Art, Kevin L. Smith Foundation and
Harrisburg Symphony Society. Mr. Wilds is a member of the Colonial Park
Rotary Club and serves on the Capital Region Advisory Board of Fulton Bank. Mr. Wilds and his wife, Sue, reside in Camp
Hill.
