Attorney Stephen J. Dzuranin concentrates his practice in the
areas of Condominium and Homeowner Associations; Real Estate; Liquor Law; Business
and Corporate Law; Municipal and Municipal Authorities Law; and Domestic Relations.
Mr. Dzuranin graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 1982 and from
The Dickinson School of Law in 1988. He is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania
state courts, the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Courts
for the Middle District and Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States
Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Mr. Dzuranin has been a member of the Dauphin County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations
during his entire career and is also a licensed Pennsylvania Title Insurance Agent.
Mr. Dzuranin has published articles on issues affecting local municipalities and
condominium and homeowner associations. In addition, he has lectured at seminars
addressing both legal and practical aspects of interest to governmental entities
and to private residential community associations.
Mr. Dzuranin and his wife Kathy reside in Lower Paxton Township. They are the proud parents
of four grown children.
