Attorney Stephen J. Dzuranin concentrates his practice in the areas of Real Estate;
Business and Corporate Law; Liquor Law; Condominium and Homeowner Associations;
Municipal Law and Domestic Relations.
Mr. Dzuranin is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and The Dickinson School
of Law. He was admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania state courts in 1988 and he is
admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Middle District
and Eastern District of
Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Mr. Dzuranin is a member of the Dauphin County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He is also a licensed Pennsylvania Title Insurance Agent.
Mr. Dzuranin regularly publishes articles on issues affecting local
municipalities and condominium and homeowner associations. In addition, he
has lectured at seminars addressing both legal and practical aspects of interest
to governmental entities and private residential associations.
