Mr. Clark is a graduate of Ithaca College and the Dickinson School of Law. At Dickinson, Mr. Clark was a member of the Appellate Moot Court Board and the Woolsack Honor Society. He was admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania state courts in 2002, and he is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Clark resides with his wife, Crystal, in Harrisburg, PA.

Mr. Clark is a member of the Dauphin County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations.
