In our employment law practice, our attorneys provide representation and advice to business clients in all areas of employment law from hiring to termination. We provide assistance in areas such as employment agreements, covenants not to compete, wage and hour law, compliance with the various state and federal employment laws, trade secrets and restrictive covenants. Our firm is also experienced in such matters as employee policies and employee handbooks, wrongful discharge, employment discrimination, termination and severance agreements, and general employment matters.

We have experience litigating employment matters on behalf of business owners before various administrative agencies, including the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the Unemployment Compensation Bureau, and before the state and federal courts.

We also advise and assist individuals regarding various employment issues, including professional licensing issues and employment agreements. We have represented individuals before the Pennsylvania Civil Service Commission and the Pennsylvania Department of State, Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs and before the courts.
