We represent many individual clients in domestic relations issues. Some of these are happy occasions, such as adoptions, but most involve difficult emotional and legal issues such as separation, divorce, child custody and support issues.

Our attorneys are experienced in assisting clients through the maze of the courts and legal procedures, while being sensitive to the needs of each client. We are fully prepared to assist clients in mediation and negotiation to determine if the issues can be resolved without resort to the courts. However, when these avenues are not successful, we are able to handle our clients’ needs in the administrative and judicial systems throughout Central Pennsylvania.
