Attorney Dean A. Weidner is of counsel to the firm. He concentrates his practice in the areas of Real Estate; Zoning, Planning and Land Use; Business, Finance, and Corporate Law; Business Planning; and Estate Planning.
Mr. Weidner is a graduate of Yale University and The Dickinson School of Law. He was admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania state courts in 1969, and he is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the United States Tax Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Mr. Weidner is a member of the Dauphin County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He is recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in the area of real estate in the Super Lawyers publication; is included in The Best Lawyers in America; and has achieved an "AV" rating in the Martindale Hubbell Law Directory. He is also a licensed Pennsylvania Title Insurance Agent.
Mr. Weidner currently serves on the Boards of Directors of various business corporations located in Central Pennsylvania, as well as of Central Pennsylvania AAA Automobile Club, Harristown Enterprises, Inc., and the Yale Alumni Club of Central Pennsylvania. He has also served as a fundraising volunteer for the United Way, the American Heart Association, and Muscular Dystrophy Association. From 1977 to 1983, Mr. Weidner served on the Hampden Township Planning Commission, the last two years as its Chairman.
