Attorney David R. Getz concentrates his practice in the areas of Real Estate; Municipal, Zoning and Land Use; Estate Planning and Administration; Business and Corporate Law; Condominium and Homeowner Associations; Landlord and Tenant; Civil Litigation; and Employment Law.

Mr. Getz is a graduate of Valley Forge Military College, Susquehanna University, and The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University. He was admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania state courts in 1981, and he is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. From 1982 to 1988, Mr. Getz was a Captain in the United States Army Judge Advocate General's Corps. During this period, he was stationed at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, Sinai, Egypt, and the JAG School in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Mr. Getz has published articles and lectured to members of the legal community on numerous real estate and municipal law topics and legal ethics.

Mr. Getz is a member of the Dauphin County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He is also a licensed Pennsylvania Title Insurance Agent.

Mr. Getz is a member and President of the Greater Harrisburg Concert Band. He is a member and Past President of the Rotary Club of Mechanicsburg-North, and Secretary of the Board of Directors of Pennsylvania Vent Camp. He was a member of the Multiple Sclerosis Leadership Class of 2001. Mr. Getz served for four years on the Hampden Township Planning Commission, including two years as its chairman, and eight years on the Cumberland Valley School Board. He has participated in the Appellate Moot Court program at The Dickinson School of Law and is an elder at Camp Hill Presbyterian Church. He and his wife Vonny reside in Hampden Township. They have three adult children.
